• Include a copy of your invoice or packing list, the return form included with your invoice and your item to return or exchange. (If you do not have the return form from your packaging, one can be emailed to you.
  
• Items must be returned in original condition.
• Package your item securely and affix the return label provided at the bottom of this page. We recommend that you insure / track your package to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
